If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union users: If You are a European Union consumer, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You reside.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Right of Image (Droit à l’image)

In accordance with Article 9 of the French Civil Code and applicable provisions of the GDPR, any identifiable individual has a right to control the use of their image. Xavier Murillon obtains written consent from all identifiable subjects prior to the publication or commercial use of any portrait or fashion photograph featuring recognisable individuals.

If You believe that an image published on this Website depicts You in an identifiable manner and You have not provided written consent to its publication, You may contact the Company at xavier.murillon@gmail.com to request its removal. The Company will process such requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable French law.

14. Privacy Policy and Personal Data (RGPD / GDPR)
