Hi ! I'm Xavier,
I shoot fashion, beauty, and portraits, with a commercial intent. I'm based in Paris, available wherever the project calls for.

I came to image-making through acting, what I do on set is essentially what I was trained to do in stage performance: read the room, think about how emotion and personality lives in a body, in the way someone shifts their weight, in the moment before a smile is seen. I believe that emotion can be expressed through shape, through movement, and that subtly carries unsuspected weight. This instinct for expression and detail is the thread that runs through all my images.

The work I'm most proud of was created with the help of makeup artists, hair artists, stylists, set designers, and retouchers around a shared creative intention, and I know that creating space for honest creative exchange, to elevate the project is as much a part of the craft as anything I do with a camera.

My goal is to make images that feel like they contain a real moment, images that last. I achieve that through presence, preparation, and deep respect for the people I work with. I want to create photographs that breathe authenticity.
